At KaChow Collectibles, we're a small shop passionate about diecast, fazmily friendly and collector-grade items. Because of the niche nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final. We pride ourselves on providing photos, descriptions, fair prices and fast shipping -  and we kindly ask that customers make their purchases carefully.

🚫 Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an error was made on our part.

Each product listing includes:

  • High-resolution images

  • Honest, detailed condition notes

This ensures you know exactly what you're purchasing.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed items

  • Swapped, modified, or altered products

  • Buyer’s remorse or “changed mind” cases

We appreciate your understanding. As a small business, returned inventory is often difficult to resell in its original condition.

  • A valid reason must be provided

  • Once tracking has been uploaded, your order is finalized and cannot be canceled

⚠️ Accidental Orders

Please keep payment devices (like phones or tablets) out of reach of children. Accidental purchases affect both our inventory and listing performance on platforms like Shopify, Mercari, WhatNot and eBay.
